MINUTE OF THE MEETING HELD ON 26^TH OCTOBER 2017

Present: Erik Cramb, Denis Bethell, Carole Craig, Lillian Malcolm, Gordon McDonald, Fiona Finlayson.

Matters Arising: None.

Treasurer’s Report: None.

Ramps: Erik has the up to date catalogue, with prices, from Allardyce, but still no response from Fintry Community Council.

Website: Unfortunately the meeting between Anne Farrow and the school people had to be cancelled at short notice and will be re-arranged as soon as possible.

Anne Smart: Dorothy Wilson arranged for a ‘walkabout’ between council officials and Ms. Smart on 21^st October. She was delighted, and the two council officials were most polite and attentive. We await their report. Ms Smart thanks the Access Group; for getting this done.

SURGE. Is a McKinnon Centre group and were being consulted by Joyce Barclay from the City Council about a wider disability strategy. Erik was invited and took part in what was a very positive meeting.

There was no post.

Email: New Dundee Station Development.

Fiona Finlayson who is the new manager at Thomas Herd House and is joining our group very helpfully took us through the proposal. The outcome was a unanimous rejection of the planned studs. From every angle we looked at it, the proposal made no sense. Gerry Conway to be advised.
