Accessible Dundee

To help support new and existing visitors to the city, Dundee Access Group have sourced some of the key visitor information links to help you visit Dundee with confidence.

Parking: 
Disabled Parking Bays: The Traffic Regulation Order Map for Dundee,  includes all Disabled Parking Bays and parking restrictions for all on-street parking areas.

Car Parks: Dundee City Council have created a visitor parking guide which provides information and a map of all car parks within Dundee. Click here to open visitor parking information.

Changing Places Toilets:
A Changing Places toilets provides sanitary accommodation for people with multiple and complex  disabilities who have one or two assistants. As of August 2023, there are 15 Changing Places toilets within Dundee. Please see Changing Places Toilet Map for all locations and important information, such as opening times and facilities.

Radar NKS key Scheme:
Buy a Radar NKS Key to access locked public toilets in shopping centres, pubs, cafés, bus stations, train stations and more. The scheme allows entitled parties to access over 10,000 locked disabled toilets in the UK.

Public Transport:
Traveline Scotland provides timetables and journey planner for all bus, rail, coach, air and ferry services in Scotland, including Dundee. They are also open 24 hours by phone on 0871 200 22 33.
Taxis:
Yell provide a list of taxi services in Dundee. Please check yourself to ensure taxi companies cater for your accessibility requirements.

They are a source for industry-leading advice, opportunities and information on accommodation, attractions, activities, events, food & drink and shopping. The site also contains information on accessible holidays in Scotland and other travel advice.
